Refund Policy

1. Consultation and Service Refunds

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been scheduled and attended.

• In case of a cancellation 24 hours before the appointment, we may provide a rescheduling option instead of a refund.

2. Treatment Packages and Prepaid Services

• Refunds for prepaid treatment packages are available only in case of a medical contraindication certified by our dermatologists.

• If a treatment session has been utilized, partial refunds will not be applicable.

• Unused prepaid packages can be converted into clinic credits for other services.

3. Product Purchases

• Products purchased from our clinic are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery.

• If eligible, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
